North American Continentals kick off

Three races have been completed on day one of the 2010 North American Course Racing Continental Championships.

Adam Koch (USA) is leading ahead of Damien LeRoy and Johnny Heineken, both USA.

In the womens fleet, Melissa Gil (USA) is in front of Steph Bridge (GBR) and Sandy Parker (USA).

Racing is close in both fleets, and todays results with the first discard can already change everything.
