Poland joines the IKA family
The Polish Kiteboarding Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Kiteboardingu - PSKite) is the latest addition to the family of national kiteboarding associations affiliated to the International Kiteboarding Association.
PSKite Chairman Adam Szymanski said: “We would like to take a part in the process of fast developments on the international kitesurfing scene. Polish riders are seen and known around the world...
They travel, compete and win in numerous international events. We want to share their experience and achievements to have positive input within IKA. The success of the final stop of Kitesurf Tour Europe in Świnoujście, finished just days ago, proved we have potential not only in riders but in an event organization too” .
"We are happy to welcome the Polish riders inside the IKA" said IKA Executive Secretary Markus Schwendtner. "Poland has plenty of top skilled riders and beautiful beaches, so this is a very welcome move and we are looking forward to the cooperation with PSK in our committees" he concluded.
