IKA Annual General Meeting
The IKA Annual General Meeting will be held at 15:00 hours on Sunday November 7, 2010 in Athens. The exact place will be published together with the final Agenda depending on the number of registrations of delegates received.
Members in good standing can make submissions for the Agenda as well as nominations for vacant seats on the executive committee until October 17, 2010 latest.
Due to limited room capacities we also need registrations for participation in the AGM until October 17, 2010 latest. Please contact us by email as soon as possible to register details of delegates. We kindly ask you desist from registering delegations of more than one person due to limited room ressources and we will be also not able to accomodate uninvited guests this time.
The final Agenda with all topics to be voted on will be published before October 24, 2010.
