Rumors are out that Rob Douglas (USA) is holding the Outright Speed Sailing World Record now with an incredible 55.65 knots. The womens record has been smashed as well with the first women over 50 knots being Charlotte Consorti (FRA) at 50.43 knots.
All Speeds are subject to WSSRC ratification.
