Production Equipment Registration Scheme 2012
The equipment registration schemes for course racing 2012 are available now. They can be downloaded at http://internationalkiteboarding.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4540&Itemid=281.
The biggest change to the board registration scheme 2011 is, that equipment now needs to be registered 60 days in advance, before it is eligible to be used in competition. This is for both boards and kites.
The first major event 2012 (as announced to date) will be the Asian Course Racing Championships in Thailand from February 14-19, 2012, so all manufacturers are encouraged to register equipment well in time to be eligible for competition in the first major event.
