Today was the day to find out what the current low end in Kite Racing is. The amazing result: a fleet of 35 riders can go upwind pretty powered in wind averaging 5 knots !
Three races have been sailed today, with the wind dropping down lower and lower, and a new experience for Bruno Sroka (FRA, Cabrinha), who saw only for the second time in eleven races another rider finishing in front of him. New news in the womens fleet: Steph Bridge (GBR, North) still dominates. |

The mens and womens round robin freestyle heats have been completed today, and we hope to have enough wind for the mans quarterfinals and the womens semi finals tomorrow. Before the wind picked up for the freestyle competition, another three course races have been completed, with Sroka and Bridge another time without danger to their winning positions. |
